Life can be a lot sometimes, even on a good day. And on the bad ones, you can get sucked into an undertow of emotions that disrupt your natural state. You can feel like you're losing part of yourself. It happened to me. And after years of therapy, I finally understood that self-care isn't a "set it and forget it" thing. You have to be vigilant about it. You have to make it a priority. I also learned that making it a priority isn't enough. There are so many products out there claiming to be the antidote, the cure, the answer - it's a lot to wade through. And that's how The Restorative Realm was born. Through years of trial and error, I've discovered practices and products that have truly made a difference.
